How to state transfers in demate in annual return under companies act

listed company appoinas ted RTA and. he provides status of shares on weekly basis received from NSDL/CDSL where as there is no date of actual transfer . transferor name is also not known.
under these circumstances how to comply with filing of AR correctly of columns of transfer of shares. Pl offer your views

but let is e clear as a professional what is the legal position. Do transfers of share made in demat form during the year are required to. be reported in demat form in annual return filed under the companies act

No, It's not possible for a listed company to provide details of transfer made in demat form since last AGM. , company may provide details of such transfer which were previously under physical but now demat (if it got details from RTA),else you can attach a note to this effect with BENPOS stood at the end of FY..
