how to start studying law?

refer only Munish Bhandari's book....start with NI Act and Ethics simultaneously......when u get bored of 1 then switch over to the other....this is the only way u can complete ur syllabus in time....after finishing them go for Company Act and Communication....and at last the small chapters....

u can leave some unimportant chapters like debentures,public borrowings,deposits,etc. .... focus on scanner side by side....

Do only institute's material for Ethics and rest by Munish Bhandari's book....

law is very interesting subject .

           firstly see name of all the chapters whichever chapter seems you most interesting start studying that chapter ( according to me from study mat.)  just read whole chapter completely. try to understand what is the purpose of any particular section. if any particular topic is tough don't  take tension just go through it(you can refer munish bhandari's book for tough topics)It will give you more confidence.

now pickup the scanner you will be able to know which type of q are asked in exam and also you will be able to understand what are the important topics. now if you want than you can refer munish bhandari's book for understand how to answer any q.

u can do it frm study material also.. provided u need to give extra attetion and time.... finish company law first... dnt stop in between to switch to any other topic.. company law  is interesting itself... thn finish contract act and den other laws....
