How to solve Case Study of ISCA (question no 1)

Dear members,

                          Does any one have some sample practice questions in regards with ISCA (question no 1) case study .I have get poor marks 43 / 100 marks in may 2010 CA final ISCA subject only because of unsatisfy attempt of Question No 1 (20marks). If i have little bit of knowledge about such case study answers presentations , than definetly i would get better marks in ISCA . So, plz members if anyone have such case study samples ques & answers , than plz reply me.
