Gnerally CC cameras help if it is stolen from inside. For outside security, fixing iron box made up of strips help for all demage/theft.

Use protective conduit: Run the copper wire throgh a protective conduit or tubing to make it harder to access.

Secure with clips or ties, using  Camouflage  techniques or hide, add security measures by install motion - sensitive lights, CCTV cameras, or alarms near the area to deter theft.

Copper wire theft is a common issue due to its high scrap value. To secure your AC copper wire outdoors, consider using protective conduit or cable trunking, wire mesh or cage enclosure, concealment, theft-resistant wire, alarm or sensor systems, CCTV surveillance, signage, and physical barriers. Encase the wires inside a metal or heavy-duty plastic conduit or cable trunking, use wire mesh cages around the AC unit and its wiring, and conceal the wires underground in PVC conduit or route them inside walls or ceilings. Install motion sensors or vibration alarms near the wiring, set up CCTV cameras focused on the AC unit and wiring area, and use signs or fences to deter opportunistic thieves. Combining multiple methods for better security can help prevent theft.
