you should be clear with the concepts..
present things well
give a note wherever required
make sure you present working notes when required ...
write the sections only when you know it is 100% correct or else its better not to mention any section...
Tax rates , deductions , etc remember them well amd use them wisely

Firstly quote more & more sections.
Secondly give working notes as each note fetch you extra marks....
Thirdly give all answers with conceptual clarity.

The Best tip is do hard work and avoid everything and gv more time to that subject(in ur case Taxation).
There is no substitute for hard work
Giving working notes will not fetch you any extra marks..
