A Private Limited company held an EGM to shift the registered office from one state to another and filed Form 23. Later, due to the change in decision of the management, this proposal got cancelled. What is the procedure to revoke the special resolution passed earlier? Please help

Hi Gopika
Call another EGM @ short notice -Form 22A or notice @ 21 days.
Pass Special Resolution revoking the earlier resolution.
File Form 23 again with ROC.
