How to request for gst inward permit in assam gst permit?

I just issued one permit from Assam Vat portal. I just requested 10 nos. permit from "Online GST Permit Request" and was allotted in seconds. After that the system was same like uploading the invoice details & so on like earlier system with only change being details of GST of consignor was asked & also the purpose for ordering the goods.

Thanks i reached that stage, now when i start entering my supplier invoice details, it asks for the product name, suppliers product name is not listed or i cant find, because there is no option to search with hsn code.i have list of hsn codes for all my products but not sure with what name exactly it is listed.

No it has not been linked with HSN now , like for eg. If i have to order lights , I can write Electrical Goods ( parent nomenclature ) but the specific HSN has not been updated yet so it wont be a problem

I need to generate Assam Inward Form...what is the procedure.

I'm not registered dealer in Assam state but have PAN card.

Please help me out, its urgent
