How to reply intimation u/s 143(1) - no due / no refund

Dear Sir,

I am a Tax Consultant from Goa. One of my client has received an Intimation U/S 143 (1) for the F.Y. 17-18. I have thoroughly compared the columns (what is filed against CPS values), everything matches, finally no refund nor any due. How do I respond to such intimation?

I checked on the e-filing portal under different sections (including e-proceedings, there's no records). I just spoke to the customer care at CPC Bangalore. I could not understand one thing that the executive told. I asked him to repeat it slowly, still didn't understand. what he was telling. 

Can anyone help me with this intimation?
