i wanted to know the procedure to register the paidup share capital intial or subsequent for a private limited company with the various authorities

There is no such procedure called Registration of Paid up capital. It is taken on record by various Compliance authorities on the basis of filing of Audited Financial Statement.

Hi Amit,

Return of allotment is required to be submitted u/s 75 by filing form-2 with concerned Registrar of Company for registration of paid up capital.

Procedure

First convene board Meeting for allotment of equity shares and pass necessary resolution for allotment.
Download form-2 from MCA Site www.mca.gov.in
Fill form-2 and attach list of allottee.
Get form-2 certified from practicing CS/CA and upload the same on MCA Site.

The amount of paid up capital automatically gets updated in ROC record on filing of Annual Return in Form 20B for the first time and thereafter, from time to time filing of Form 2.
