if i having registration in maharashtra. & now want to open a godown at karnataka . now what registration require for same in gst. need to register again in gst in that state.

Yes u need to register in that state. GST registration is statewise so u will have to register yourself.

Yes u can register with the same PAN.
because on gst site it showing your pan & mail id & mobile no is already register. need to change mail id & no.
Just put different mobile number and mail-id and try again
