How to present answer in exam?

PLEASE EXPLAIN HOW SHOULD I PRESENT ANSWER IN EXAM IN LAW(ipcc)? please explain by giving answer to following question.. i.e if Q is "what will be the consequence in case of a pvt.co. incorporated under the provisions of the indian companies act, 1956 defaults in complying with the conditions constituting a pvt. co. in terms of sec.3(1)(iii) of companies act 1956?" .. . .. .thanx.
