you just have to write names of both the parties involved in the case. it is not required ti mention the year and place of the case.
if you cant remember the full name, just mention the name of the organisation. DO NOT WRITE INCORRECT NAME. IF YOU WRITE THE INCORRECT NAME, YO MAY GET A ZERO.
