How to pay registeration fees

TO REGISTER FOR ARTICLESHIP, you need to clear 1st group OR both groups of IPCC. After having cleared that, you should complete ITT,Orientation training at the Institute. Then after completing training receive the completion certificate search for firm/Practising CA under whom you want to do Articles. Decide Carefully, as ur future career will depend on this. Then buy the Article Registration form (Rs 100) from Institute where you paid the IPCC registration fee. Read the Instructions carefully get it signed by your principal and send to the location mentioned in the form.

i know all this but i dont know which form to buy to pay 2000 for articleship and where to send this.

and my grnd total of may 2012 is 408
