Quick Summary
Paying your Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) and Tax Collected at Source (TCS) online is straightforward. You can use Challan 281 for this purpose. The easiest way to do it is by visiting the NSDL website, often found by searching for 'e-tax payment system'.

You Can pay through Challan 281 , on Income tax web / NSDL site on line.
