How to opt old gst rate for ongoing realty projects .
Hi Can anybody help me on filing of Annexure IV to opt old GST for under construction projects.

The option to pay tax on construction of apartments in the ongoing projects at the old rates of 12% with ITC has to be exercised by the promoter for ongoing project., by 10th May,2019.
You can file offline too n date has been extended to 20th may
How can we file online.There is no such form uploaded for online filling.
