The preocess of charitable trust opening has two stpes mentioned below:
1. Register a trust deed with registering authority
prepare the trust deed on non-judicial stamp paper & than submit it to the district register
Trust deed contents---
name of trust
name of trust authors, settlers,
name of trustees
if public at large beneficiaries than mention it
detsils of principal offioce & branch office
properties which are devolve on trustees
procedure of appoinment ,reappointment, removal of trustes & their rights , duties, power
rights & duties of beneficiaries
2. applying com./ of Income tax for exemption purpose.
original copy submission of trust deed, timelimit- within 1 year from creation of trust deed
