How to make changes in moa after companies act 2013

Hello experts,

We made our MOA with objective starting with these lines - 1) "To carry on online e commerce business of" & 2) "To carry on the business through online selling of".

But now, along with online, we are also entering into offline model as through kiosks at malls in bangalore and through stalls at various exhibitions across India. So there must be amendment required in MOA and may be at other places too. Please advise what are all the requirements and what are the procedure to complete these requirements.

Special resolution has to be passed for amendment of Object Clause and required return to be filed with ROC alongwith amended MoA. I will suggest to take help of some professional for the same so that the work may be completed properly as per your requirement.

Dear Agarwal,

Thank you very much for the informaiton. Do you have any model letter i can complaint to ROC abuout the fraud and forgery of my signature . Also can you please let me know how much its cost if i hire a new consultant to file necessary documents and complaint to the ROC and roll back the company in to previous state..

Do you want me file complaint agaisnt CA and firm to the "Institute of Charted Accountants of India". Please guide me.
