i think

first when the school receives application fee, they do not know the student                           So the entry

Cash A/c Dr                                                                                                                                 To Application Fees

Secondly when the Student comes                                                                                         Party A/c Dr                                                                                                                               to tuition fee                                                                                                                         To computer fee                                                                                                                   To special Fee

Thirdly when the student pays                                                                                                       Cash A/c Dr                                                                                                                              To Party
