How to join as a Director in a Pvt Ltd Company

Hi

Take DIN for yourself and file fomr no 32 with ROC.

Dear Friend

A company can not appoint as director of another company. Only individual can appoint as director of running company. You have two option to appoint director, either by Board or through General Meeting.

After the Board approval or approval through a General Meeting, an individual can a take DIN for self and file form no 32 with ROC

Dear Shyles

There is no need to wait for Board Meeting or General Meeting for taking DIN you can take DIN as suitable for you. After DIN approval you can file Form-32 with ROC with in 30 days of appointment of Director.

pls provide me resolution for appointment of additional director in pvt ltd co. in board meeting

person proposed to be appoint as director need to aaply fro din u/s 266A he need not wait till allotement of DIn

“RESOLVED THAT pursuant to the provisions of Section 260 of the Companies Act, 1956 and other applicable provisions of the Act and Article of Association of the Company Mr./Ms.  _________________ be and is hereby appointed as Additional Director of the Company to hold the office up to next Annual General Meeting and be eligible for reappointment at next Annual General Meeting.

Ya, the proposed director is not required to wait till the approval of DIN and can be appointed as Director before allotment of DIn but Form 32 can be filed only after allotment of DIN.
