i am registered from kolkata i.e eastern region icai, but now i am shifting to jaipur, plz tell me the procedure for transfer from kolkata to jaipur, and for my journal also as i want to get it delivered it to jaipur adress

As per my knowledge , student can continue with the current registration .. its during the time of exams you will have to select the exam centre carefully.
