How to get credit of GST from my salary

for outsourced employee, why there is 18% GST on my salary, can I get it's credit or employer get it's credit, how does employer get credit of 18% of employees' salary however he is doing nothing.

Firstly employees providing services to employer under employment is out of preview of GST as per schedule 3 of para 1
so this transaction not considered as supply then no qstn of GST arise
This is not gst on Salary, it could be on your employer as he is providing outsourcing services.
