How to get condonation request u/s 119(2)(b)
please advise how to raise condonation request to get order u/s 119(2)(b) which will be allowed me to file return after belated return period is over.

Log in to the income tax portal. Under 'Services' tab, select 'Condonation request', Select 'Allow ITR filing after time-barred'. Continue filling the details. Then file the ITR under 'efile' tab and selecting 119(2)(b).
sir under services tab iam unable to find condonation tab
pls help...
Although there is condonation request tab under Services pull down menu, it gives option for only e-verification of already filed ITRs . There is no option for filing 'Condonation request for time-barred ITR". I am NRI and wish to file time-barred ITR2 for AY 2022-23. If someone can help ??
