Quick Summary
This discussion addresses how to obtain a capital gains report for shares initially bought via an IIFL Demat account, transferred to Zerodha, and then sold within the same financial year. While Zerodha's tax report may not automatically include transferred stock details, users can obtain consolidated statements from depositories like CDSL or NSDL. Alternatively, users can manually input the original purchase cost from IIFL reports into Zerodha's platform to calculate gains.

It may be included in Zerodha tax repoy

I have checked that Zerodha Tax Report but it does not show about Transferred stocks

You may get a consolidated statement from CDSL or NSDL
Download the transaction report in Zerodha
@ Prakash,

Have you checked the statement from depository?
In zerodha tax report, write actual cost of the shares from IIFL reports and calculate the gains manually

ALL THE REPORTS ARE AVAILABLE FROM ZERODHA OR IIFL ACCOUNT.
