How to find an RTI mentioned in Eicher Motors vs GST - Madras High Court?

Recently theer was a judgement by the Madras High Court in the case of Royal Enfield (Eicher Motors) vs GST wherein there was a mention of RTI where clarification was requested on how did the Govt arrive at the GST collection figures. How do I find this RTI? Is it even possible to find this RTI? I've searched for on the websites of NIC, Dept of Revenue, MoF, GST RTI, etc. but could't find it. Please let me know if anyone knows how and where to find it.
