Dear Deepak,
You have to first prepare the HTML copy of TDS return
Write it to a CD
Submit it to NSDL center along with fees.

Download RPU utility from www.tin-nsdl.com and java environment.application.
for salalry prepare form 24q and other than salary form 26q
detail process may be known at same site.
