How to file complaint against byjus ( learning app)

Dear Sir,

We have taken membership from BYJUS for class +2 and 8. But the education is not upto mark. We are trying to cancel our membership for the last 2 months first bytelephonic message later by mails. But BYJUS people are not cooperating and not cancelling our membership. Now they have arase loan against us from IIFL and now demanding installment amounts by sending us SMS. Kindly guide us how we can cancel our membership and if they proceed legal action against us then what should we do.
