It is not required to specify the TIN Number, Dept software will understand that its Unregistered dealer sales.

BUT WHAT TO MENTION IN BUYERS NAME AS "CASH SALES"

There is such clarify given by dept, it can be handled in two ways

1. Consolidate the cash sales and show in single line (as per previous Annexure 2B)

2. You can show it in separate line for each cash sale, in dept software it shows as total value.

However, if you are getting any update on this, please update me also.
