my dear friends,
I have a client, in last year he sold agricultural land for Rs.18,00,000/- and the same he deposited into his savings bank account but not as Fixed Deposit, he had PAN number also.
How to file income tax return/form to state the agricultural income, provided he don't have any other income other than agricultural income?
Please give the suggestions at the earliest.

If it be rural agricultural land......... file ITR 1
But if within specified area/ limits beside any town/city...... it will be taxable gains....... ITR 2 will be applicable.
