It is really urgent please help
Second pan card was wrongly issued and the aadhaar was linked to this pan card. Now the original pan card is not getting linked. The office of the AO is in Faizabad as the person was staying there earlier but now he has shifted to Mumbai. What to do to apply for delinking the aadhaar?

Submit a request to your JAO (Jurisdictional Assessing Officer) for delinking Aadhaar from PAN.
Could you please help me how to do that?
As the time period is short, better contact some professional based at Faridabad, who can pursue the matter personally with your JITO.
Make Affidavit First with Authorised Signatory , attach proper documents with original ( Second ) pan card & submit to the Income Tax office .

But the AO details are showing as in Faizabad. I don't have any link to Faizabad

Submit a request to your JAO (Jurisdictional Assessing Officer) for delinking Aadhaar from PAN. After delinking submit Link Aadhaar request post fee payment of applicable amount, if not already done.
