How to declare overseas tax paid salary income in india & which sec. of i-tax act applicable to it

Dear Sirs,

I have below stated three questions regarding filing of Income tax return FY 2017-18

Since last 12 year I am working outside India and I am having a RNOR status for the purpose of filing Income Tax return

( 1 ) How I can declare my tax paid salary income which I have earned outside India and later same has been transferred to my Indian NRE a/c , I have already been paid Tax on it (and having a CERTIFICATE OF TOTAL TAX PAID YEAR WISE)  in overseas country where i am working, so when i declare this oversea salary in India, under which section of Income Tax act I can claim oversea salary as a exempted income to avoid double taxation.

( 2 )As per my knowledge Interest from NRE a/c is fully exempted, I want to know under which section of Income Tax Act  Interest income from NRE a/c is exempted.

( 3 )For declaration of the above income which no. of IT form will be applicable.
