I want to Create a HUF of my father. Please let me know the full procedure of creation of HUF, taking Pan card and opening of bank account.

Dear Akaknsha, To create an HUF, the only thing that needs to be done is, taking a PAN Card in the name of the HUF and opening a bank account in its name

Prepare an affidavit of HUF copy of same provide to bank.
and open the bank account after that apply for pan card.
