Quick Summary
If TDS has been deducted on your cash withdrawals under Section 194N and appears in your Form 26AS, you can claim it back by filing your Income Tax Return (ITR). Even if you have no business income, you can file a Nil ITR-3 to claim the refund. If your only income is from salary, you'll use the appropriate ITR form for salary income.

File Nil ITR 3 and claim refund of TDS
You can file your income tax return, and claim TDS deducted in that.
What type of itr is required if the income is only from salary ?
