one of my client didn't fill input ITC and she submitted form 3,b with out put GST now the liability ledger showing more amount near about 3lakhs she don't have a money to clear liabilities for September what is the remedy
Two things have to be done very carefully till the time the portal is still under construction.... check return before submission....check challan before payment. Law does not provide remedy in problems related to technology and system. Even if it seems unfair she can't really help it.
And this will continue for 3-4 months at the least. Moreover this is just the beginning, Filing is just a procedural issue. GST law in itself have lot of flaws and its effects will be witnessed in a year or two.
Its a serious situation. In my opinion a provision for revision should be there after submission but before filing. But at this point opinions won't make any difference.
