Our company purchase materials with GST Invoice but supplier not filed any GST return.
So, we are can take any legle action ?

Now till date no legal action take for this but you can tell him to file return.
information can be given to GST officer also

there is rule about that?
No there is no provision in GST that Recepient can any action against supplier in this condition
