How to check duplicacy in excel

Step1: Select the coulmn or row in which you want to Find Duplicacy Value.

Step2:Select Conditional Formatting from Home tab in office ribbon Button.

Step3:From the menu appeared through step2,Select New Rule option.

Step4:Select Rule Type as "Format only unique or Dulicate Value"

Step4:Keep Format All as "Duplicate" & Select Format option and give the font style or colour you want the Excel to give for all duplicate values.

Step5;Select Ok and you would see the format you desired for all duplicate values.

Note:If value "1" appears twice in your coulmn selected then format you desired would appear for all values,in you case all value  "1" will be given the format you so desired.

Use countif formula...search google if u don't know how to apply this formula..count appearing more than 1 are duplicate filler them out and delete......but before doing anything take the backup your excel file if anything goes wrong backup file can be used.
