One Private Ltd company incorporated approx 4-5 months before.
No business has been done since then.
2 Directors Mr. A & Mr. B were there.
One independent person, Mr. Z (friend of Mr A) gave NOC to use his home as Registered Office of the company for documentation.
Now, Mr. Z has lost contact with Mr. A & Mr. B.
So, Mr Z wants to cancel the NOC given before.
So, Please tell me the procedure to cancel NOC in that case. ( Mr. Z will not get any help from that Mr A & Mr. B.. as they both are not reachable.)
