How to calculate and show cost of home office for professional/consultancy income

Hi

I am having major income from stock trading and consultancy, but primarily operating form home office (home is in my name)

Please guide how do I show costing of home office (funiture, electricity, maintenance, notional rent etc... as applicable) in my professional income being shown as lump sum

All the inventories furnitures etc as per cost/ bills.

Revenue expenditures can be shares in 50:50 ratio or percentage of area of office used out of total area.
