How to book the expense on rent agreement of office premise?

Hello, pls could somebody guide me? I am about to start an online business. My CA wanted rent agreement for my office premise. I paid rs.200 to the doc writer for preparing rent deed. In which head should I book this expense? pls help. thanks in advance.
