I am buying & selling chemicals in Tmamil nadu. Turnover in a year is less than 10 lac.
i do not want to enter in filling forms for GST every month.

As per gst you are under threshold limit. So you are exempted from gst. You can raise bill normally.
The threshold for GST registration is Rs. 20 lacs in most states (except those in NE). Assuming that you do not opt for registration, you have to make a bill of supply for the goods sold. In case the value of sales is less than Rs. 200/-, you are not required to issue a bill of supply.
