How to avoid Deferred Tax ?
Can we avoid creating deferred tax asset/Liability, by providing the depreciation rates as same as the Income tax rates for the depreciation under companies act, provided we follow the same WDV method in the Companies Act too..?

There is more to deffered tax than just depreciation
you can however do avoid some of it by doing that.... but, the principle of consistency and schedule XIV must not b violated...
