As per Rule 96 of CGST Act :

There is no need for filing a separate
refund claim as the shipping bill filed by the exporter is itself treated as Refund application .
The applicant has to furnished a valid return in FORM GSTR-1 and Form GStR 3b z that it ...

No need to file any application..if you have filed 3b and 1 correctly Refund will be process automatically
