Before selling my flat the furniture cost was 75000/-, As my transaction under short Term Capital gain (STCG) so that the expences shows for saided flat treated as additional expenses but furniture not comming under this category, How to show in agreement so that i can save STCG. If i shown in agreement then on this amount is Stamp duty will be charged also from customer how to make money transaction. As flat cost 27 lacs (recknor) ,purchase cost 20 lacs additional expenses 2.5 lacs and stamp duty and registration 1.5 lacs. Total cost 24 lacs .STCG was 3 lacs but furniture amount how to show.

if u have capitalized the furniture, then on plain paper issue a sale agreement / sale invoice of furniture and fixature to the buyer, and receive the payment by cheque.
remember you have to have to furniture and fixature in your balance sheet in fixed asset to avail this process.

No need to mention the furniture value in the main agreement of the sale of property. Make the sale agreement of the furniture on plain paper. You will not be required to pay the stamp duty also to the extent of sales value of furniture.
