i am doing my ipcc and wanted to ask should i do my b.com through ignou or through madras open university, i cannot make u a mind on that.
if ignou ,will it hold good value?
plz i need a help on that matter.

You can do B.com with ignou..there is no problem of attending class and value
it is set up under a parliament called IGNOU ACT.
