Gentle men and genle ladies....

You know....ladies are ALWAYS assumed to be gentle. so the prefix never comes....

with men it is another story.....there are the gentle men (like me I guess) and the ruffians (like the other guys at CA CLUB)

So much for the principle of equality (Boooohoooo)

Good write up though.....thanks...

I appreciate your observation sir but not all ladies are gentle these days  :P( na i am not mugwumpy  by any means)...and the not so gentle men are not ready to accept ladies as gentle at all......

Thanks for the comments

Stop Being Stubborn- If you are not able to solve a particular question, it manifests the question doesnt want itself to get solved at that point of time..Dont run after it like crazy..leave it at that moment and come back to it after an hour to see if the question has softened by itself or not...If you get stubborn, the question will also retaliate.... "

This is the most live part of the article and I have liked it the most.

It shows that a Question is just like an angry pet to whom you should not tease specially when he is annoyed.

This excerpt  also  suggests about the selection of a proper time  when to solve any question.

I may say,  it's an example of " Art of live writing".

the most stupid question we come around while doing this course is..

HOW MANY HOURS WE HAVE TO STUDY??!!..

wel,sum ask it,out of ignorance and sum out of curiosity
...

BUT WAT AMUSES ME IS THT,THT STUPID QUESTION IS ANSWERED IN MORE STUPID WAY BY SOME GUYS N GIRLS SUGGESTING 6HRS/DAY,8HRS/DAY,12HRS/DAY,16 HRS/DAY....

acc to me,n ya,u al guys know many things hav to fal in place to pass this course n ultimately wat matters is u passed or not...

n thinking all other factors constant, thers nothing wrong if sum1 studies for 1 hr or 4 hrs or 10 hrs or 16 rhs daily...it evry one has their pace in grasping things...

"QUALITY STUDIES" IS VERY SUBJECTIVE...IF A GUY WITH HIGH GRASPING POWER COMPLETS A TOPIC IN 2 HRS,N A LIL LESS GRAPING POWER GUY COVERS IT IN 4 HRS,THT DOESNT MEAN THE LATTER GUY ISS NOT DOING QUALITY STUDIES.....

IN ONE LINE,ITS A SUBJECTIVE QUESTION N THE ANS IS SUBJECTIVE,WE JUS CANT GIV NY AFFIRMITIVE ANS AND QUANTIFY THE NO OF HRS REQUIRED....

Yup, Sunshine is back with yet another article..As per my wont, i won't be delivering a boring lecture (not my forte)...boring lage to bhi padh lena..bahut mehnat se likha hai..hihihihihi...

Be it intermediate,CPT,IPCC , i have been continuously asked a rather irritating question.."HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU STUDY DAILY??"...And guess what.??. i keep on varying my answer as per the digestive capacity of the seeker..It generally varies in between 8 and 10 hours..But the truth is i never study for more than 6 hours a day...

Oh come on!!!..A kid has so many other works to do right??

I need to play, chat with friends, fight with brother, disturb my mom, play pranks on neighbours(OMG!!),go shopping(love it) and the most important of them all "Sleeping...zzzzz"...phewww!!!...So many tasks to manage u see!!...ab ladki hai koi computer to hai nahi to multitasking karegi..!!Now that was my scheme of things....Now if u are a guy please add some more thinks in this list ( like loitering around the streets fr no reason...looking fr girls eveywhere without any success eventually and ya FIGHTING ...)...Getting back to sanity, this age (or any age fr that matter) is not meant to study like fanatics...

There are people who study from 4 am in the morning(yar how do u manage to get up so early?) right till midnight....But History speaks fr itself,Megalomaniacs never succeed in their endeavours...and even if the bookworms do succeed, they got nothing left in them to enjoy the flavour of their success...

What i am trying to point out is that sitting and turning the pages of the books for 15-18 hours a day won't fetch u anything but boredom, obesity and exasperation. What really matters is the number of hours you are "ACTUAlly STUDYING"...This ostensive study period of 15-20 hours needs to be replaced with effective study of 7-8 hours and the rest of the time you can utilise for your your refreshment and enjoyment..This effective study can do wonders to your  knowledge level which 18-20 hours of futile sitting and yawning can never achieve..zzzzzzz.

There needs to be a transformation from your unproductive hours to some serious study...Yah m here to help you out with this too( m too good u see )...

1. Continuous breaks- In my entire life i never studied more than an hour at one stretch..i interrupt my teachers even when they go for extended lectures for a 5 minute break coz it starts to overflow after a certain level( overflow hone lagta hai .. chote se dimag me kitna ghusega ek baar me?).. So take regular breaks as per your level of endurance...So many things u can do in 5-10 minutes just to rejuvenate your senses...So enjoy a bit so that your brain can enjoy the books..

2.Solving techniques- While practising practical questions  there are people who jot down each and every point with all the formatting as if you are in an exam hall or something...No need to do that...you are solving it fr the sake of practice at home...Do it precisely(neatly though)..This will help you increase your speed as well and won't eat up your time mind you..and if u are habituated of solving the answers in a jiffy , it can do wonders at time of revision in the exam hall..

Just remember you are not studying for the sake of showing others that you are an ardent learner.....Be an enjoying learner...make your studies a matter of pleasure for u and your scores will say the rest...!!

Manage your time, after all time is money right!!!

See i too got tired typing..need a break...will be back after sometime with something new...Till then,byeeee...

Best Regards,
