How many days it take to get registration number?

I submitted my form on 18th of this month .Though i had paid to the institute via cc on 25th september 2011.

I know last date to fill the form is 28th of this month.And i cant register unless i get registration number.

There are strong chances that my chance will get delayed to June next year.

Can someone confirm the same?

I mean whats the time period  one get registration number after ones form is submitted ?
