How is IPCC/PCC ITSM paper??

The exam timmings are 2 - 5. So u are very early to ask about the paper.

its more than 5 now..........wat abt the paper???

It was balancing, inftech was easy, there was flow chart with theory  2+6 marks, sm was somehow tricky, there was fill in the blanks question for 1x3 marks !!! Case was great for Godrej

there were two bit tricky question in sm, I am PCC student, btw..

on the whole

paper was ok with sm lil bit tricky bt it was manageable!
