How i should to operate bank a/c

hello... I filled return regularly for past 5 year with no tax payment.I am doing business of property deal.. and a sweet shop .I have current a/c in bank..I want to know that what amount I should to keep in bank a/c so there is no problem... plz give me advise thanx in advance
