How Form 103 fill by PE-II student 1st group clear ?

Dear Sagar  today i went to vishwas nagar delhi and raise same query  they told me that rather than   filling of approprite column you should write  by side that i have cleared my one of Pe-2 group and attached the marksheet along with form no. 103

hey dear i have also cleared 2nd group n submitted 103 form.

there is no issue in dat u just follow d instructions given in form 102 and 103 which u have to purchase from institute for rs 50.

and need to attach ur 1st group cleared attested copy and cct or itt completed attested copy.

but before dat u need to take transfer in ipcc.
