How do i know diff deduction done my comp?

Dear Professional Friends

1. My Goal: I want to know different headings of deductions & amounts (related to PF ONLY) remains with my Old Employers
2. I worked for nova soft for 2004-2005 & I aware my PF share is with my Employer
3. What are the other possible shares of mine available with my old Company (like Family Pension Fund)
4. If I refer my old salary slips, will it give 100% information about different headings of such deductions? (PF/ FPF)
