How do claim GST Credit by the normal businessman(Retail seller) in village area?

How do claim GST Credit by normal businessman(Retail seller) in village market or normal market in cities who don't give tax invoice to us whenever we purchase for example a soap or potato chips packet etc. and like this single less valued product?

take a tax invoice for the items purchased. than only you can take input credit of GST portion.

 

subject to that Retailers must have GST registration

Sir, I'm asking that how the small businessman will claim the GST Credit if purchase a lays pac by paying Rs. 5 as charged from me only Rs. 5 and not more than Price printed on lays pac. Is the businessman will show it as loss in his accounting book or how they will Charged from end consumers?
